Refunds
We offer refunds within 3 days of purchase, provided that no work on the website has been started.
If work has already begun, refunds are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
If a client decides to stop the project after work has started, we may discuss a partial refund depending on the amount of work completed. Once an agreement is reached, all collaboration will be terminated.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank — processing times can vary.
If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Exchanges
We offer design exchanges only if work on the website has not yet started.
You may exchange your design only within the same purchased package, switching to another design option available in that package.
To request an exchange, please contact us.
Disputes
If a dispute is opened (e.g., via your payment provider), we reserve the right to provide all relevant communication records, including conversation screenshots, as evidence of project progress and/or completion, which may result in the dispute being resolved in our favor. Unhonest or unjustified disputes may be subject to review by your bank or payment provider and could affect your account standing.
