What will I receive with this service?
You will receive a fully customized, ready-to-use website tailored to your business. This includes design, setup, integration of essential features, and graphic elements. Whether starting from scratch or revamping an existing site, you’ll get a professional result optimized for your needs.
Can I use this design for any business?
Yes! This template can be fully customized to match any type of business. Layout, colors, images, and content will be adapted to fit your brand.
How does your service work?
After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a list of questions to gather all necessary info.
– If you already have a website, access will be requested through the Partner account.
– If you don’t have one, it will be created and ownership will be transferred to you once completed.
Do you manage websites after setup?
No. I only provide website setup and design services. Product management and regular updates are not included. However, I offer manuals to help you manage your site independently.
Which platforms do you work with?
I work with Shopify, Wix, and WordPress. Platforms like Acuity or Squarespace are also possible—please reach out for details.

Which apps will be installed?
I install basic apps like Instagram feeds and reviews, depending on your selected package. Custom requests can be discussed individually.
Will you add products to the website?
No. Product uploading is not included, as it requires specific knowledge about your products. I specialize in design and setup only.
Will you set up payment methods?
No. Payment configuration requires sensitive financial information and must be done by you for security reasons.
Is domain purchase included?
No. Domain names are not included due to varying prices. You’ll receive a free Wix or myshopify domain. If you own a domain, I can help connect it.
What is the turnaround time?
Typically 1–3 business days, depending on how quickly you provide the required details. Note: I operate from Ukraine, so time zone differences may affect communication.

Can I make changes myself?
Yes. You can edit products, pages, navigation, content, and more. You’ll also get access to useful instructions here.
How many change requests are included?
Please see the full details in our Changes Policy.
Are there any extra costs besides your service fee?
Yes. Platform fees for Shopify or Wix are separate and charged by the platforms themselves. My service is a one-time fee.
Does a website revamp cost the same as a new website?
Yes. A revamp may even be more complex than building from scratch due to existing content and structure.
What is not included in the service?
